Cancellation Policy
If a vacation cannot take place due to COVID-19 (travel warnings or quarantine upon return), you can cancel your vacation free of charge or reschedule it to another period.
There is no right of withdrawal as per the Consumer Protection Code – however, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the already paid deposit.
We expressly refer to the legal provisions Articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Travel Insurance
To save costs and secure your booking, we recommend our cancellation protection. Click here to arrange your holiday insurance directly.
If there is no existing policy, you can apply for one through the European Travel Insurance.

The check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards (earlier check-in possible upon request).
Check-out should be completed by 10:00 AM.
