The spacious panoramic apartment on the 2nd floor offers plenty of room to settle in. It is built using timber construction, with exposed wooden beams and a warm sloping roof, giving the room a feeling of both security and lightness.
Natural materials, warm wood, light and the expansive view over the Eisack Valley create an atmosphere in which you immediately relax.
Two panoramic terraces, a private sauna and special viewpoints, such as the large triangular window in the living room, make this retreat unique – for quiet, mindful and special moments.

Cancellation Policy
If a vacation cannot take place due to COVID-19 (travel warnings or quarantine upon return), you can cancel your vacation free of charge or reschedule it to another period.
There is no right of withdrawal as per the Consumer Protection Code – however, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the already paid deposit.
We expressly refer to the legal provisions Articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005.
