Yoga at the Gfohlerhof
Arrive. Take a deep breath. Be.
Nestled between meadows and forests, with sweeping views over the Eisack Valley, the Gfohlerhof is the ideal place to bring your body and mind into harmony. Here, at an altitude of 1,050 metres on the Ploseberg, Katharina Stifter leads her yoga classes with calmness, mindfulness and warmth – surrounded by nature, where silence and vastness inspire.
Yoga with Katharina
Katharina, hostess and yoga teacher, combines her love of nature with her passion for yoga. Her classes are characterised by mindfulness, lightness and conscious awareness of the moment. Whether you are a beginner or already have experience, Katharina designs her sessions individually, gently and with the aim of making you feel completely at ease.
Yoga with a view
In summer, yoga classes often take place outdoors – on the lawn in front of the farm, with the scent of fresh hay in the air and a view of the mountains. When it gets cooler outside, the cosy yoga room in the courtyard invites you to enjoy a warm, cosy atmosphere.
For our guests
As a guest at the Gfohlerhof, you can take part in yoga classes, whether you are looking for relaxation, want to get moving or simply want to enjoy the peace and quiet of the moment.
Katharina will be happy to provide you with personalised information about current dates and courses during your stay.
“For me, yoga means connecting – with yourself, with your breath and with the nature that surrounds us.”
– Katharina Stifter
